NOTICE:

Please come washed, blow-dried, and product free!
Once appointment is scheduled and style is selected, you WILL NOT be able to change your style 24hrs before or at time of appointment.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT:
Please understand that some styles may take longer than estimated time due to length, thickness of hair or the style itself. I prefer not to rush on my work!
DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable
(If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, deposits will be refunded)
TARDINESS
- If you are more than 10 minutes late (ex. 10:11am) there is a late fee of $25.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late, deposit will not be refunded and appointment would need to be rescheduled.
RESCHEDULE
YOU MUST RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE/TIME OR YOU WILL HAVE TO REPAY THE DEPOSIT FEE.
REFUNDS
If you have any concerns or complaints with services please let us know within 24-48 hours so we can fix the problem. We like to correct any problems right away. We are big on customer service but if you do not let us know in a timely manner there is nothing we will be able to do. ALL SERVICES OR SALES ARE FINAL!
- You are welcome to use use the restroom! If you need to order food please do, DO NOT SIT AND STARVE! I have a 5 year old who can be busy from time to time so please forgive him! I personally do not take to many breaks but if you need to just let me know! If you need to bring your child please ask first.
KIDDIE APPOINTMENTS
- I’ve accepted a lot of kids no matter the circumstances but we have made some changes.
- Appointments are trial and error, if your child has repeat behavior they will not be able to return. I always take my time with the babies because you have to have some patience with them, and If you’re a regular you know, they get juice or water, snacks, and a toy for comfort. However, lately appointments have been longer than usual due to stopping multiple times for the following reasons…
- Crying to the point of vomiting
- Getting in and out of the chair
- Kicking/Hitting
- Screaming
If you know your child does this I will start charging an extra fee, If It continues to happen then we’ll eventually discuss not being able to book. Some days I’m booked with kids back to back and if I fall behind on one I fall behind on all of them!
Everyone knows I love the kids but I also have to maintain staying on schedule. My prices are beyond reasonable for the kiddos and I want to keep it that way!
